Ko-soto-gari countered by Uchi-mata

  1. Ko-soto-gari小外刈
  2. Uchi-mata内股

Their minor outer reap turns their hips towards you and leaves them briefly on one leg with the other lifted. Uchi-mata attacks that gap before the foot lands.
